The Resource Lists below outline resources needed for each year group in the coming school year.

These lists are updated each November to reflect requirements for the upcoming school year.

Please only purchases resources for the subjects your child is enrolled in as shown on the students  Voluntary Contributions and Charges Sheet.  2025 Resource Lists will be available shortly

Year 11 2025                    Year 12 2025

Items are not available for purchase from the College and can be purchased from alternative suppliers if preferred.

Smart Rider

Transperth Smartrider cards enable students to access public transport using a cashless payment system. They are also used to borrow College library resources. Students are issued a Smartrider card in Year 7, usually mid term 1.  Cards are retained by students for use through to Year 12.  Lost cards can be replaced at a cost of $5 usually within 10 working days and can be requested at the Hub.

Diary

All students receive a diary at the beginning of each year. School diaries are essential for all students. They allow students to keep a daily record of homework and general reminders about upcoming events and school circumstances.

Parents may also use the diary to communicate with teachers and advise of early or late departures. Subsequent or lost diaries can be replaced but at an additional cost to the student.

The HUB

The Hub records daily attendance for all students and for students who arrive and depart outside the normal school hours.  Students must sign in and out of the Hub to ensure attendance is recorded correctly.

Parents or guardians can contact the Hub to advise student absence or any other attendance related matter.

Uniform

The College community has endorsed the implementation of a dress code as it enhances a sense of belonging, focuses students when at school and assists with the identification of visitors. Students are expected to wear the uniform at all times. We are currently considering additional items of uniform for those students who prefer more modest attire.

Our school uniform supplier is Uniform Concepts, located at:

30 Kembla Way, Willetton

First Day At Como

The beginning of a new school year can be a challenge when deciding what to pack for the first day.

We recommend that students bring only the basic essentials, including:

  • Pencil case
  • Notepad
  • Lunch or money to order lunch

Students are to assemble in the Year 7 Quad.

A Welcome Bell will sound and students will move toward the gymnasium for a full school assembly.

At the conclusion of the assembly students will begin classes as per their timetable which they will receive during the assembly.  Senior students and staff will be on hand to direct.

Once students have their timetable, it will be easier from Day 2 to include the books or sports uniforms required for each day’s classes (please ensure all items are clearly named).  Students are encouraged to pack their bag in the evening ready for the following school day.
